Transportation from Ship to Fort Lauderdale

I'm looking for some transportation options from Port of Miami to Fort Lauderdale airport after our cruise. Cabs seem a little pricey. Anyone out there have any other ideas?

Carnival offers a shuttle service, but you need to contact your TA to arrange it. They'll charge you and it'll show on your documents. I think it's $16 pp.... but I may be way off on that price. Overall, it was quite reasonable when compared to other options.
