How to get from Incheon port to Seoul by public transportation?

Will you recommend to do site seeing on your own? Is it difficult to see main Seoul sites without a tour guide using public transportation?

Is there Hop on-Hop off type sightseeing tours from Incheon to see Seoul or in Seoul itself? Can you recommend tour operators who can arrange Seoul sightseeing from Incheon port? Thank you
