Walkie Talkies on Sunshine

Question: I have heard it's a good idea to use the Motorola walkie talkies on ship and I have heard not to bother. I have also read somewhere that they are not allowed in Europe. In process of packing for June 7th departure and space is at a premium...

I haven't heard/read that walkie talkies are not allowed in Europe so maybe someone else can elaborate on that.

 

But it has been my experience in the past that the walkie talkies do not work that well on the ship. On my first few cruises I brought them every time but then I stopped bringing them because they didn't work as well as I had hoped.
