Hi

We will be in Ochos Rios on New Year's Day. Is there a beach we can take a taxi to that does not require a day pass? We will probably get out late so I would hate to spend $85 pp to go to a resort for the day. We would like a beach with washrooms and chairs to rent. . . . and how safe would it be to take a taxi.
