Thomson Cruise from UK

Going on a Thomson Cruise in October from Harwich, Have cruised with Thomson before but never from the UK. Returning on flight from Cyprus, my question is has anybody done this before as we are not sure on the baggage allowance coming back? There is no option for adding further baggage allowance, on the web site or in the book.

20kg main luggage, 7kg cabin baggage.

I can't think of a reason as to why the extra weight allowance is not available - unless, perhaps, it's not a Thomson (TOM code) flight ?
