It's BBQ season again

I've found that BBQing is the easiest way to cook foods and keep them healthy. As in tonight's dinner. I sprayed some aluminum foil with Pam, placed two 7 oz. fresh trout filets on it topped with a couple of lemon slices. Covered it with another sheet of foilm sealed the edges and BBQed on the top rack on medium for about 10 minutes. Yum!

I also did 2 potatos with raw onion slices inserted into a few slices. Sprinkled a bit of seasoning salt, wrapped in foil and gave them a 1/2 hour start on the BBQ.

While they were cooking, I made a quick stir-fry of veggies in a frying pan in the kitchen seasoned with a bit of garlic.

Voila! Instant dinner and no mess to clean up. My kind of cooking. icon_smile.gif

What are your ideas?
