I'm down 2 pounds since yesterday (water retention) but still up 2 pounds from what I weighed the day I cruised. But still down 2 pounds from my cruise goal weight! Now, are you all confused? I only walked one time and ate a Little Debbie Oatmeal cream pie each day Don't know why I eat the junk - it's not that it's really good. Maybe if I told myself the only time I could eat something sweet was when it is gourmet - like on a cruise, then I'd lose alot - huh - easier said than done!
