Eclipse and children

We are taking a four year old, anyone got experience of children's club on Eclipse. Are the clubs open during the evening so we can dine in MDR alone?

They are open in the evening, starting at around 7pm. Most parents take the kids to the buffet for dinner and then drop them off at the club right after that.

Our children are 8 and 11 and love the kids clubs. They always dine with us and then go to club. You do have the option of the buffet or room service if you want to eat separately. Our two had dinner on the balcony one night before club as we had booked a table at Qsine (which I highly recommend!). Eclipse is a fabulous ship and we can't wait to go on her again in August.
