how is the water in the med

Hi, we are going on the spledour of the seas on august 6 and wanted to know how the med water was at this time, is it calm, rough. Want to know cause our daughter gets seasick. thanks

I ahve been on three cruises in the Western Med in July/August. Seas were calm every time. A bit windy coming into Barcelona but not a lot of motion. Still would recommend bonine every night as it has no side affects and tenders can be choppy.
