UK/Iceland/Baltic June 2013 Reviews?

Some friends just returned from this epic Voyager trip with mixed feelings. They are long term Regent loyalists and enjoy Regent "warts and all" but they found some issues were hard to overlook this time. Service overall was slower and less efficient, possibly due to fewer staff. The new excursion ticketing and disembarkation procedures were universally unpopular. The ship's decor and furnishings looked tired and in need of some proper TLC, not a few cosmetic tweaks and the whole ambiance seemed to have moved downmarket due to cost cutting.

 

I will try to persuade them to post a review but in the meantime can anyone else give their views on this trip please?
