Are there any free shuttles that run between the two Vancouver piers. We are getting off one ship and need to be at the other pier to board the next one that same day. We'll have four people and suitcases. Taxi as backup unless something else is available...

Out of Ballantyne taxi is pretty much your only choice. The old Ballantyne pier is in the middle of an industrial section of town, and there are few options. Taxi should be under $15
