Miracle to Hawaii - room 6196?

Planning our 16 day cruise for September 2014. Have never stayed this close to the atrium - what do you think? We picked the Empress Deck because it is sandwiched by guest rooms above and below, but will the atrium or elevators be noisy? Would you pick port or starboard for this cruise to Hawaii? Thanks!

We stayed in room 6190 on the Spirit (just a few doors down, identical ship). Despite being next to the elevators and atrium, it was very quiet and extremely convenient. I would recommend it.

Doesn't matter which side you pick because you see nothing but ocean for 4 1/2 days there, and 4 1/2 days back.
