Pilates and Yoga on the Breeze

They should have a class schedule listed in the gym when you embark. Take a tour and check for times as they may vary depending on instructor availability. Yoga and morning stretching classes are in a separate room right as you enter the gym. Pilates classes on other ships have leaned more to the beginner level, but could vary depending on expereince of class. Yoga leans to more mediative stretching than aerobic workout. There is a charge for these. $10 per class as I recall.
