NCL Epic specialty restaurant menus

We will be cruising on Epic next year and look forward to a "foodie" experience. Looking over the menus, 2 questions popped up: #1. In the Cagney Steakhouse, are you limited to only 3 courses, ie. appetizer, salad, entree, for your pp fee? Are there extra charges for adding soup, dessert?

 

#2. What menu is offered for the Cirque Dreams "dinner theatre" experience? Cannot find it in NCL website.:confused:

Cagneys: Basically can have as much and as many of whatever you want.....but only 1 entree

 

Cirque: Food is pretty good. Set menu....salad, coconut shrimp, filet, twice baked potato, veggie, dessert.

 

We have been on Epic twice...2010 and recently. Cirque experience (Entertainment and Food) has improved significantly. Was Awesome!
