Transfer from ship to TFN, Tenerife

A question for Canary Island/Tenerife experts: We are considering a cruise that ends in St Cruz de Tenerife with a docking time of 0800. There is a flight from Los Rodeos -TFN - at 1115 that we are interested in taking home. This flight would enable us to make a connection in Madrid. Is making a 1115 flight with a 0800 docking possible? Thanks.

It is only about a 20min taxi ride from Santa Cruz to Los Rodeos and as the TFN-MAD section would be considered a domestic flight you could check in up to half an hour beforehand. However, if your ship arrives back in Tenerife late, or you get delayed disembarking you are cutting it fine. What time is the next flight?

Thanks for the reply, LondonTowner. The ship's previous port is Santa Cruz de la Palma, so arriving on time shouldn't be a problem. The next flight that day is at 1435, but arriving later in Madrid means long layovers. We might opt to stay a few more days to avoid the issue.
