Nature park??

Not speaking French seems to make this cruise stop quite challenging to plan! The regional nature park looks beautiful, but even their website (in French) is impossible for me to understand. I definitely don't want the language barrier to keep my family from exploring this gorgeous island, so can anyone tell me about this park? Hours, cost, and how to get there? In one of the photos I saw, there was a waterfall with people swimming... Is this still part of the park experience? How much hiking is available? is this an all-day activity? Any and all info would be great!
