Yes, I usually send my shirts out for pressing on day 1 as soon as I unpack since many cruises out of NJ have a formal night day 2. You didnt ask but, 50% of the time I get the pressed shirt just before dinner and 50% of the time after dinner on Day 2. Prices are reasonable in my opinion but I dont have the exact price.

I have used the ironing service on ships, our formal wear at times are wrinkled when we unpack. I don't recall the price but recall it being very reasonable and worth being wrinkle free. And if you are a repeat cruiser, you might have coupons in your cabin which may include a percent off of laundering/ironing services.
