Something besides cave tubing or ruins?

Any ideas on excursions/independent operators in Belize? We don't want to tube or see ruins; hubby loves to snuba and I love to snorkel...he has had a stroke and has limited use of his right arm. We are doing the Victor Bodden private tour in Roatan; is there anything like that in Belize? We have been once before 9 years ago and did a ship excursion for snorkeling that was a lot of fun, but looking for something a little different.

Check Coral Breeze (google for website). They have( or had) a great snorkel excursion to Caye Caulker and Shark-Ray Alley.

I really liked the Belize Shark Ray Alley and Hol Chan Marine Park Snorkel Excursion by Air, but my husband is afraid of highs.
