Breeze Southern Caribbean FTTF question

We are sailing on Carnival Breeze March 14 2014. I have been looking at the FTTF option wondering if it is worth it. Anyone who has been on this particular cruise purchased this? Or wish they had?

I think it would be worth it if our there were alot of tender ports but I don't know which of our ports are tenders. (Grand Turk, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Curacao).
