What to do in Belize for 67 year old woman?

My family was planning to do cave tubing in Belize, but last minute my mother who is 67 years old decides to join us on the cruise. Would she be able to handle or woul she enjoy this excursion? This is all our first to Belize, but this is my mother's first cruise and I want her to enjoy it.

Any other suggestion to do in Belize that we all would enjoy doing?

I'm having the same issue with my FIL who is 72. We've decided against the cave tubing. I'm looking for something else for the four of us. I think it'll be too strenuous for him.

Age is very subjective. I've cave tubed before and wouldn't hesitate to book it for my 64 year old DH. We really didn't find it that strenuous. But then I don't call 67 elderly.
