Excursion from Cozumel to Chichen Itza?

I see on the Carnival site under "shore excursions" that Chichen Itza is offered as an excursion from Cozumel.

Seeing as how this is listed as a 12-hour excursion, I'd imagine it's not offered on every visit to Cozumel.

How long does the ship need to be in port for this excursion to be offered?

We're looking at the Inspiration 4-day out of Tampa. It stays in Cozumel from 7 a.m. to midnight. That ought to be enough time for them to offer Chichen Itza, right?
