Enterprise has a location next to the Crowne Plaza and they will shuttle you to the pier. 235 W 6th St, San Pedro, (310) 548-8060

I've done the reverse and Enterprise is the only company. I think the drop-off fee was $40 at that time but we stayed in LA 3 extra days. I'm doing the shuttle from port to LAX on my upcoming cruise.
