Does Fantasy have a Future Cruise Desk

I will be on Fantasy in October and need to know if this ship has future cruise desk (wasn't sure with all the cuts Carnival has had recently) - was wondering if it would be beneficial to wait and book my next cruise onboard to receive OBC or should I go ahead and book now with the excellent preview sale prices? I thought I read that the sale ends September 30.
