Alaska cruising with a toddler - tours?

I need some advice from all of you experienced cruisers with kids. My husband and I are taking our 21-month-old child with us in August on a Princess 7 night Alaska cruise. We hope to do at least one excursion per port and were thinking about the Misty Fjord Seaplane in Ketchikan, Whale Watching in Juneau and Sled Dog & Musher's Camp tour in Skagway (wheeled sled). Any suggestions or comments?

 

Also, our friends want to know about the Bike & Brew in Juneau. Has anyone done it?
