2pm arrival tugboat snorkel enough time

Hi all - we are arriving aboard the Carnival Breeze February 19, 2014 in Curacao at 2pm and staying til 11pm

 

I really want to go to the Tugboat to Snorkel - Will we have enough time and sunlight?

 

What is the best excursion to use? or should we go by Taxi?

 

I heard the tugboat is some of the best snorkeling in the caribbean.

There will be plenty of cabs lined up where your ship will dock. You can arrange with one of them for drop off and pick up.
