I am to receive OBC, Dinner and Spa from my TA. Is there any way to see this has been applied before we sail on November 10th?

Perks from the TA don't show up on any Royal pre-cruise documentation or website. It's between you and the TA.

Also, bring whatever "proof" that you have with you onboard. Once, the OBC for specialty dining did not show up on my account. We went to guest relations and they asked for documentation proving it. Luckily I brought my laptop with me and was able to show them the email confirmation from my TA. Now I just print all the emails and bring them with me (a lot easier then toting the laptop ;) ).
