Alcoholic drinks in Roatan

I was just looking over the NCL excursions offered and they did not mention alcoholic beverages, whether provided, or available at an extra charge. I seem to remember when i went to to Tabyana beach years ago, drinks were complimentary as was a lunch (buffet style). Have things changed? Anybody have current info on the various excursions?

It seems that you do not see drinks included much anymore other than the Mexico port excursions..
