Century verandah cabin 2A...port or starboard?

We would like to be on the inland side so we can see Juneau and Ketchikan from our balcony. Midship deck 8. Port or starboard?

We were starboard on the Century. Had views of both towns coming into port. I cannot remember which port it was in, but our view after docking was not of the town (they are not that great to look at anyway) but of the beautiful water, pine tree covered hills, and of the sea planes coming and going. Very peaceful.
