661-284-4770. You can fax your special request before your cruise, like egg crate mattresses (since some stewards don't understand what you're asking for) and feather pillows. I was told by Princess that these faxed requests were honored on a first come, first serve basis and if available, would be on our bed by the time we arrive. Now how nice is that? :D
