Weather on mediterranean cruise in May?

I'm thinking of doing the Liberty in May, but am not sure how cool the weather will feel. It should be in the mid 60's. Is that too cold to have the pools and waterslide open? If nobody is out on the lido deck, I'm worried sea days will be really crowded indoors. Comments?
