WOW card now replaced with envelope

We used our WOW envelopes for extra cash tips for the two people we chose to give the WOW cards to. That way they got instant reward (tip) as well as the card to count toward whatever the cruise line offered as reward.

When I asked for a WOW card at guest services I was told they are only given at check in. According to guest services the survey is more important to the crew. The WOW cards collected and used to exchange for internet time or time off, etc.
