kelly v Posted November 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 9, 2013 Our itinerary was changed for our upcoming cruise and we are now set to arrive at 6am. We will be in port from 6am to 2pm local time -- in January. I'm not sure that we will want to be in the water at that time -- all I can think about is how cold it is going to be !! Also, we aren't real big drinkers anyway and can't imagine that we would swim/drink/eat our money's worth at an all inclusive. Is anything else going to be open that early? We don't typically do a cruise excursion since they pack so many people in and charge so much more than if we just plan something on our own but with the change of time in port, I'm at a loss for what to do. Any suggestions?
Colorado Kat Posted November 9, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 9, 2013 Sleep in a bit. Aim to be out about 9am. Grab a cab, and head downtown to shop. Or head to Paradise Beach. It's pay-as-you-go, and has a beach and a pool. Nice spot. Just make sure to head back to your ship in plenty of time. 2pm in Cozumel is early! TakeMeAway1001 Posted November 10, 2013 #3 Share Posted November 10, 2013 We're on the same cruise and are so bummed about the time change, one of the reasons we chose this sailing was for the time in Cozumel :(
