Recommended Posts

We have booked a family Christmas cruise for 2014. Can any give us an insight on what to expect. A lot of interest from family on Christmas dinner:). Three families with 6 children 2-15. Have not cruised Carnival before so any advice appreciated.

Hmm -- oh dear!! You obviously are a family group with a good number of children -- but how much do you really like children?? I mean, like, LOTS of children -- say about maybe 1000 of them on a cruiseship??

We have cruised with P&O AUS about 8 times now -- and although we don't have children ourselves, we love to watch from a distance the various children's groups doing their "thing" in their groups. P&O do limit children numbers -- not so much for any other reason, except so that their fabulous childrens groups are not overloaded. From what we have observed over 4 cruiselines and 11 ships, P&O AUS do "kids' the best!!!! Forget the hype about the biggest whatever at sea!
