$50 Visa onboard credit

Is there anyway to verify prior to boarding whether the $50 onboard credit for booking with a Disney Rewards Visa has been applied or has anyone had problems with this? I did verify at the time of booking that I would receive the onboard credit.

Thanks!

The OBC is put on the reservation as a booking code. You won't actually see a "credit" until time of sailing. Until then it remains a code on the reservation. As long as they say the code has been applied the when you sail, the hotel management system (on ship) will load the credit to the account based on that code when they load the reservation (off ship) over.

ummm....I wonder if we got that? we paid with our Disney Visa...but it may not have been the promotion at the time.

But yeah, you don't see obc till on board, and last cruise we didn't see it till later on in the cruise and ONLY half of our obc was there (TA issues, NOT Disney).
