I am looking to book 12/31/2013 for an October 2014 cruise mainly because my savings cert runs out on that day . I am likely going on the vision from ft Lauderdale . my question is this NORMALLY can you book with rci then transfer your booking to a ta and basically extent the amount of money offered in obc since rcl is offering obc right now which could motivate me to pull the trigger early. I know no one can predict what mine ta would do but i would like to go into it with as much information as possible. any advise would be appreciated thanks in advance

You have 60 days from when you create a booking to transfer it to a travel agent.
