Good snorkelling spot to see turtles?

If you are looking specifically for turtles, I would suggest Maho Beach on St John. It is a ways past Trunk Bay and Cinnamon Bay on the North shore, but right on the main road. The water is sandy bottom with sea grass, which tends to be 'turtle territory'. My family has been to the beach 5 times and never failed to see some turtles. Usually there are some sting rays as well and occasionally eagle rays. Otherwise the snorkeling is not much as it is grass and not coral.
