I won't recommend a cruise line as I have only cruised Carnival and we love it (50 and 44)but I have been to most of the ports you stated and vacationed in Bermuda and I can tell you that I would choose Bermuda also. It's lovely, lots and lots to do and is one of the wealthiest countries as opposed to most of the other islands. It has a lovely downtown with lots of shopping and cool pubs and lots of historical places and museum.

 

Bermuda is located 500 miles east of North Carolina (Trivia), oh how I wish a ship went out of Wilmington, NC or even Charleston!
