UpTheBanner Posted December 14, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 14, 2013 Hi. I booked the Norwegian Getaway for November 2014 and the price of the cruise has dropped. I booked two weeks ago on NCL.com. I managed to avoid NCL.co.uk as the prices are always higher. I am a non US citizen and have only payed the deposit thus far. Would NCL re price the cruise if i contacted them? Would i receive an upgrade?
Demonyte Posted December 14, 2013 #2 Share Posted December 14, 2013 (edited) Being a US citizen or not, or even where one lives has nothing to do with how the reservation is treated once it's made. I've booked all our cruises through US office - either direct or via TA. So call away! At this point (before final payment) you'd get the new lower price unless you ask to be upgraded and then your new price would be the current price of the upgraded cabin - of course if you booked during a promo, you might lose any promo OBC when making changes (prices are sometimes higher during promos so the net effect is zero).
