Southern Caribbean Souvenirs?

Having never been to the Southern Caribbean, I was wondering what sorts of souvenirs are unique to each island. I know that Puerto Rico has the hand carved wooden statues of saints, but what about St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Antigua, Barbados and St. Lucia?

 

Any and all input is appreciated! :)
