by the way its actually super easy to climb even though its 1,000 feet it doesn't seem like it when you're doing it... it was probably one of my favorite things we've ever done. that's not to say my legs weren't a tiny bit sore the next day lol..

and every bit of it is so pretty!!!

They will take your picture with your camera as well as theirs... & they sell it at the end...

I think it was like 6 or 7 dollars

The locker rentals were $8 and you get 3 back at the end when you turn the key back in, theyre pretty good size lockers. If you happen to forget water shoes they rent them there.. we bought some in Miami because im weird about feet & then threw them away after the climb ..the whole thing took about 1-1 1/2 hours then we headed to paradise beach...it would have been nice to have had a little more time at the falls to hang out on that beach

also the vendors are pretty bad at the end of the falls...very aggressive trying to hand you things then telling you you have to pay for them .. some of them will even grab your hand and try to bring you to their booth.. trying to shove weed in your face.. none of it bothered us but just be prepared for it.. I would love to have looked without them all trying to sell you this and that and attacking you but since they wasn't possible we decided to just keep walking

the stand to the left is drinks ...there were several different sodas and rum punch its unlimited but the cups they give you are 2 oz cups

that's the food station and a guy selling fresh coconut

our ship in port.. we were very close to it

the beach was very pretty ..but the ocean was SO rocky my toes got very cut up and we ended up not even really wanting to be there.. there is a stand off the left near the drink tent where you can ask for the shuttle.. and they will either take you to the shopping area or back to the port..

we were lazy for a while just sitting on the balcony watching the storm and the ocean enjoying the breeze ...we went to a show called love and marriage ...hilarious!!! well atleast the group of people they had up there ... one of the couples (the far left) clearly 70s-80s... one of the questions asked was if you could make one thing smaller and one thing bigger on your spouse (this question is bound to get someone in the dog house)... her answer and I think every jaw in the dropped was she wished he had a bigger penis!!! she actually said those words! even if a woman has ever thought this about her spouse I could never imagine owning up to that in front of hundreds of other people!!:D

Before the show started there was a game show in the same room.. where they had groups of people with a number and the cruise director would call out an item or multiple things and every group that had that had to send one person with their number and said thing to the stage before the time limit was up & the more you had your number on the list the better chance of winning.. anyways we happened to sit down in front of this group of 4.... and the very next thing the guy called out was "woman with visible tattoos" so the guy in the group was like HEY can I borrow you!? lol... and then they asked for 2 shirtless guys... so he asked my hubby ...turns out that guy was in the service too ... one of the things was a man shirtless wearing a ladies bra & heels & earings and a handbag..they had all these things between them anyways they ended up winning... here is a picture

this is the guy we helped lol1530486_10200440822582564_964428210_n.jpg

We were supposed to arrive in Grand Cayman at 9 am... and since we paid for fttf we should have had priority tendering... no one ever told us where to go and we arrived in port way earlier and started tendering ahead of time and this was the only time we went to guest services and they said you don't have an fttf sticker on your card I said I wasn't aware I was supposed to have one she looked up our info (all the while were standing there waiting to get to the island) then says yes I see it I don't know why they didn't give you one... the security lady comes about 10 mins later and says theres no line you can just go ahead and go down ...okay seriously we just waited all that time for THAT? anyways

our tender

there are 8 connected tents with different colored roofs right at the port and this is where you wait for your excursions... several shops are a little further

We did the "best of cayman" excursion. biggest waste of money . either do this on your own or wait till you get to the island. The tour guide we had was AWFUL!!!!!!! She didn't really tell us much of anything about the island or good places to eat or shop or beach spots... the ONLY thing she talked about was hurricane ivan in 2004.. I know this hit them big time but it was TEN years ago and she went ON and ON about the hurricane.. Im being serious when I say its the ONLY thing she talked about.. it was depressing. first up was the turtle farm and she only gave us about 25 minutes here ...

1505018_10200460028822708_1657090700_n.jpg

The only parts we were allowed to go to on this tour was the white section on the bottom right

we stopped at a little public beach

1559846_10200460059143466_1547466830_n.jpg

that was very rocky

1488308_10200460059263469_1534989529_n.jpg

and we went to the rum & rum cake places

1525417_10200460063503575_495216935_n.jpg

and there was a tiny little zoo like thing to the right... it had bunnies, peacocks, iguanas, parrots, etc

then she dropped us back off at the port and we decided to walk to all the shopping and restaurants to the right of the port ... we spent about an hour shopping and then took a taxi to 7 mile beach

right past the port there is a margaritaville and a breezes
