Disembarkment Explorer of the Seas

Just off EX today -- as a Diamond member. Our time to disembark was 9:45. We were called a few minutes early. We were off the ship, through customs, and in our car in a bit under an hour. I thought that was very good. Freezing rain and all, the staff, in my opinion, did a great job with disembarkation. Hope this helps.

We were in this group and had the same positive experience. 15-20 minutes, maybe to be on our way to the car.

Our flight doesn't leave until 1:30 so we'd rather not be waiting outside in the midst of all the crouds waiting for our shuttle and crowding in with all the people who are anxious to make their flights, cars etc - in the freezing rain etc etc. We only take carry on luggage. Can we not just walk off at the very end, zip through customs and grab our shuttle - say at 10:00 or 10:30 when those who are in a hurry are through the lines??? Or do we have to get off in the midst of the chaos?

You can wait onboard as long as you can. They will make a last call for all guests to disembark. However, there may still be customs lines inside the terminal building at this time.
