SadieN Posted January 7, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 7, 2014 (edited) We were in 6481 on the Conquest. It shared a vestibule with 6483. So our door was hidden. The cabins don't connect but the vestibule door could be closed to make the connection. It had no sofa, no coffee table and was wide and narrow. The bathroom was on the far end and when the door was opened it just about touched the bed. There is only one nightstand. We used the vanity stool as another nightstand, it stuck out a few inches into the passageway. Our bed faced the wall between the two windows. There were two chairs and a small table on the balcony. This cabin creaked, very odd. Also if your neighbors in either next door cabin have bathroom trouble the access is in your cabin. We never heard anything from the stairwell. YB Nrml Posted January 7, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 7, 2014 We were in 6442 in Oct. Same as the above poster--no sofa, no table, larger balcony. We had a recliner, two chairs and a table on the balcony. No noise from the stairwell at all. Being in the aft of the ship we were lucky there was little or no noise from the hallway. We decided that the lack of a couch offset the larger balcony. We didn't realize how much time we spent using the coach--sitting while the other person was getting ready, checking out the menus on TV, watching the ship's activities, etc. Not a bad choice--glad we did it, but we would never book an L shaped room again.
