Converting "future booking"

When you are ready to convert a future booking to a specific cruise, can you do it online, or do you have to call and talk to a rep?

You must call. If the booking is held by your travel agent, then you must call them. Otherwise you call Royal.

That's what I thought. No travel agent, just me :)

I always just call the 1-800 number. Even if I want to use a TA, I generally just book and have it transferred over.
