Sunshine 5 person cabin

Just looking for feedback on a 5 person cabin. I have a friend who is looking at one for her family. Kids are young and they don't spend a lot of time in the cabin so not too concerned about cabin space more concerned about the location of the cabins. I found two that were above the casino and two above the main theatre. I am thinking the ones above the theatre would be the better choice. Anyone stay in one of these? Thanks in advance!

definitely stay away from over the casino - they play music until late and the dinging of machines can get pretty tiresome. At least over the theatre they shut down - casino doesn't or at least until very late

agreed, stay away from the casino, music goes on until late and casino easily goes till 3am or later every night. at least with the theater the shows stop at a more reasonable hour.

if you / she hasn't already though, call carnival directly to inquire about alternate locations / availability (because neither are ideal), as the online availability only shows so many cabins at a time. there may be others available.

Don't get a room over the theater on the Sunshine!!! Any other ship would be fine over the theater, but not on the Sunshine. The theater doubles as the dance club on that ship. After shows are over, it becomes the dance club, and will have music blasting at top volume very late into the night. People that have stayed above the theater on the Sunshine have already been reporting that it's very loud in their rooms well into the am hours. Above the casino also wouldn't be good, but I cannot imagine it being louder than above the dance club. Hopefully, you can find another room that is not over either of these.
