NCL Epic - Ocho Rios Dolphin Swim tour time

When booking an NCL Epic online shore excursion for the Dolphin Swim in Ocho Rios, I am asked to "Please select a time in order to add this event to your itinerary." I can select 9:15, 10:15 or 11:15.

 

My question is what do these times represent? Are these start times of each tour group from the ship or does everyone leave the ship at one time to drive to the Dolphin Cove, and the "selected" times are the time we select to swim with the dolphins?

 

I'm sure Cruise Critic members know the answer. Please also advise the best time.
