Dream and deck 5 hot tubs - closed at night?

We're in cabins 7381 & 7387 (Empress starboard aft) and hadn't thought about any noise from folks partying in the deck 5 hot tubs later at night. Do these close at a certain time or are they open all night?

We were on the Magic last year and they closed pretty early. I don't remember the exact time, but I think they closed them off around 8pm.

The hot tubs were pretty dead at that time so hopefully no late night partiers for you.

8 cruises, and have never seen the hot tubs open past early evening.
