Mineka_C Posted January 30, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Question: We'll be in Grand Cayman end of February, but from my research I think I've figured out three very key things: 1. Generally the shops aren't open till 8-9, 2. Sometimes the shops close early (Spirits speaking here), 2pm is not unheard of 3. You NEED to buy your alcohol with enough time for them to deliver it to the ship for you or pay a ridiculous price. With that stated, husband and I have an excursion that leaves at 9:15, and ends at 2:30 Grand Cayman time. Is it un-heard of to contact one of the stores at Grand Cayman and find some way to order what we want prior to arrival, and they just deliver it to the ship for us then? Any suggestions? runner15km Posted January 30, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Most times the ship will price match if you have proof of the prices from the island stores.
