CintiPam Posted February 18, 2014 Author #51 Share Posted February 18, 2014 We enjoyed our final breakfast in the Terrace Café and disembarked around 8:55 AM, joining the oft-discussed Miami taxi line. The line took us about 25 minutes because although there is no shortage of taxis lined up down the street to accept passengers, there only is one lane in front of Oceania’s terminal for loading into them, plus pre-arranged private transportation vehicles kept invading this line despite the best efforts of the port personnel to get them to move further up the street to a separate loading area. Because our flight was in the late afternoon, we were in no rush. This was our first visit to Miami Beach, and we spent the next six hours of our day exploring South Beach, particularly enjoying the beauty and diversity of the Art Deco architecture. Solar Yellow Posted February 19, 2014 #52 Share Posted February 19, 2014 Pam, thank you so much for finishing your posts about your Caribbean cruise. This is exactly what the Oceania boards need right now. Your posts are informative and pleasant unlike the negativity that seems to be ruling the boards lately.
