Confused - Big "X" on side of Silhouette

So we've booked 4 balconies on the hump - 8th deck on the port side starting with 8259.

 

In some pictures the big "X" can be seen on the side of the ship and with other pictures I don't see it.

 

Also I watched the Silhouette on the Port Everglades web cam this weekend sail out of port and could not see the X.

 

I ask because it looked like one of our balconies was going to have an obstructed view becasue of the X. Now I'm not sure.

 

Did they remove the X or am I just crazy?

The X is only on the Solstice. I think there was such an outcry about it minimally obstructing the view from the balcony that they didn't put it on the rest of the S class ships. EM
