cornflakecounter Posted February 9, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2014 My wife and I just booked a GS on the Grandeur. We are wondering what benefits are included when we stop in Cococay? I've found other information about the cabanas, but is that an included benefit of the suite program? Are there any areas of Cococay where we will get additional access? Thanks! wolfcathorse Posted February 9, 2014 #2 Share Posted February 9, 2014 the cabanas are offered first to suite guests for $200, the cabanettes are $50. If all of the cabanas are not reserved then they sell them to everyone else starting with Pinnacles, Diamond Plus, Diamond, etc. The only other benefit you receive as a suite guest is priority tendering. You let your concierge know when you're ready to go over and he'll escort you down to cut in the line to board the next tender. There are no suite guest access only areas on CocoCay. RCI Cruisers 004 Posted February 9, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 9, 2014 We were just the 3 weeks ago, and I emailed the Concierge a few days before the cruise asking him to reserve a cabana for us. The ticket was in our room wen we boarded to get into the cabana area. We saw the Concierge in the morning before we got to Coco Cay, but just went down to deck 1 when we were ready to leave the ship and showed the girl running the line our Gold cards and she took us right to the front of the line. With the cabanas you get free use of snorkel gear, a floating mat , 4 bottles of water and a bottle of champaign in the cabana, plus a great lunch !
